Audio-Technica’s 2000 Series is a wireless system designed to work well in many applications, including MI/live performance, fixed installation, public address, A/V rental, and houses of worship. Receiver ATW-R2100B is the command center of the 2000 Series, with bodypack transmitter ATW-T210A and handheld transmitter ATW-T220A both designed for pairing with that receiver. With features from automatic frequency scanning, ten user-switchable channels, true diversity operation, squelch system, and more, components in the 2000 Series offers professional advantages at a lower price tag.
For true mobility and hands-free use, the ATW-T210A bodypack transmitter is a great choice. Able to operate dynamic and electret condenser microphones and Hi-Z instrument pickups, this transmitter has low and high impedance input connections, as well as DC bias voltage connection. Each input includes a locking 4-pin HRS-type input connector, trim controls, and a ten-position channel selector switch. Adjustment controls are housed behind the battery door, protecting them from accidental changes.
Unique to many bodypack transmitters, the ATW-T210A includes the power and mute functions in one button. Tone lock squelch capabilities in the 2000 Series control sound enough to allow the power/mute button on this transmitter to function as a two-position, positive-action mechanical switch. Battery powered, the transmitter can run for 7-9 hours of continuous operation, depending on batteries in use.
Bodypack transmitter works equally well with vocal or instrumental lavaliers and headset mics. Whether speaking, singing, or performing, the ATW-T210A and Audio-Technica’s wireless 2000 Series offers reliable and professional-level sound quality.
Note: When purchasing separate wireless components, please match their frequency bands to ensure proper system operation.
