A precision-engineered acoustic element baffle of nickel-plated brass helps enhance the element’s stability and increase sound sensitivity, while the microphone’s open acoustical environment and symmetrical housing assembly minimize unwanted internal reflections. Also featured in this mic are a switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter and a 10 dB pad.
