By combining a large 32mm gold-sputtered diaphragm with state-of-the-art tube circuitry, the Genesis captures all the richness of critical vocal and instrument recordings. The lush vintage tone allows the vocals to sit perfectly above other tracks, with little or no EQ needed, in part due to the premium Mullard 12AT7 tube. Beautifully matched silver and gold accessories include an aluminum flight case, metal pop filter, heavy-duty shock mount, Mogami 7-Pin cable, XLR mic cables, and a microfiber cleaning cloth. This stunning custom package sets the “gold standard” for recording mics from MXL.
