The large jog wheels are the same size as Pioneer DJ’s flagship multiplayer, the CDJ-3000, giving you the space to pitch blend, and scratch naturally. Each jog wheel features an On Jog Display to provide at-a-glance updates on the playhead position. Switch between 10 different scratch patterns by moving the playhead position toward the angle you want to use. This controller also features a Jog Cutter for applying pro-sounding scratch effects to the last Hot Cue or playback position you used.
The DDJ-FLX6 comes with the professional-caliber software you need to wow your audience. This includes a built-in sound card, as well as support for DJ Performance functions in rekordbox (equivalent to the Core plan) and Serato DJ Pro. Simply connect the DDJ-FLX6 via USB cable to a laptop that’s running either software application—no need to pay for a subscription. Along with rekordbox comes Sample Scratch mode that allows you to select sounds you’ve assigned to a sampler and preload them onto the decks to incorporate into live remixes.
