Marketing Communications Coordinator
SoundPro is a leader in the professional audio, video, and lighting (Pro AVL) industry and has an immediate need for a Marketing Communications Coordinator. This full-time, salaried position requires onsite work in either our Irving, Texas or Madison, Wisconsin office. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that elevate the SoundPro brand and ultimately grow our business.
In the Marketing Communications Coordinator role, you will assist in the development and implementation of campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention. This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement and requires a passion for marketing, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be involved with:
• Assisting in the development of client-facing materials such as campaign proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and campaign analysis.
• Coordinating meeting requests and outreach for industry partners.
• Researching industry trends and sharing those insights with the marketing team.
• Managing CRM data and generating regular reports on marketing/sales activity.
• Managing marketing initiatives by maintaining accurate records of RFPs, proposals, outcomes, and follow-up activities.
This role is an in-person/in-office opportunity. SoundPro has offices in Irving, Texas and Madison, Wisconsin and we will be considering applications for either location. Remote applications will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and online promotions, to build brand awareness and drive traffic to our sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on marketing initiative rollouts to ensure timelines are met, communication is clear, and reporting is accurate.
• Collaborate with the Digital Content Creator and eCommerce Specialist to create and update marketing materials including email blasts, sales tools, digital ads, and website assets.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
The ideal candidate must have:
• 1-3 years of experience in production of marketing proposals and/or collateral required
• 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
• Strong project/time management skills and verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Monday.com content management experience is preferred
• Background in music products or Pro AVL a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist
At SoundPro, we are hiring a person, not a position. We believe in providing every tool and opportunity to our team members and setting them up for success. We don't have employees, only team members, and are very proud of that.
The ideal candidate for the Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist will be sharp, detail oriented, an eager learner and come stocked with a “cando" attitude. Strong analytical, teamwork & organizational skills are a must. Knowledge of professional audio, video, and lighting equipment is preferred. The role reports directly to the VP of Supply Chain for guidance and supervision. This is an entry-level position and will be a full-time, in person role, with some work from home flexibility after a six-month period.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage the details of product content resources, delivery channels, and data quality.
• Collaborate with multiple divisions and teams to complete and migrate the required product data, technical data, marketing data and digital assets into PIM.
• Provide application troubleshooting, monitoring and problem resolution to all internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge of data workflow and content management.
• Identify and report to the leadership team opportunities to leverage the PIM application to improve business processes, and support efficiency efforts cross-functionally across the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in administrative or data driven roles.
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional query skills against relational databases & files (Excel, Access, or ERP’s)
• Analyzing and solving problems in an efficient, detailed, and methodical manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to complete tasks within service level agreements.
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.
