What are your shipping policies?

Do you charge sales tax on your products?

The item I purchased did not come with a manual.

We do not have spare copies of manuals to send to customers, however, we try to include downloadable versions on our product web pages when possible. If you cannot find the manual on our website, manufacturer's often include this information on their website as well.

Will my item be covered by a warranty?

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and repair service center vary by manufacturer. All Used Gear is sold "As Is" and does not have a manufacturer's limited warranty.

Why did the pricing, descriptions, or availability change on the website?

Because prices, product descriptions, and availability can change rapidly, Sound Productions does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the website.

How can I check the status of my order?

Why can I not see my order in the account I just created?

The website only tracks orders from customers with registered accounts. If you created an account after your order was placed, it will not be able to associate it with any previous orders placed as a guest. Why is the in stock item I ordered now on backorder?

Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We try to update our website with the most current stock information available, but there can occasionally be orders pending before you place your order and the web site is not yet updated to reflect this information.

Can I special order an item not found in your catalog or on the web site?

In general, if we carry products from a specific manufacturer, we can special order other products from them as well. To inquire about special ordering an item, email us or call us at 800.203.5611.

Please note that special orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • Special orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective. In the case of a defect, it will be exchanged for the same item.
  • Special orders are billed at the time the order is placed.
  • Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
  • Special order items take an average of 3-4 weeks for delivery, but availability will vary depending on manufacturer and stock on hand.
